How to Use
Press the top of the container to open the mascara. Apply to the upper lashes using upward sweeping motions and to the lower lashes using downward strokes.
For more dramatic volume apply an additional layer. For enhanced performance it can be used together with the CARELINE Bold Lash Primer.
