Excellent mixture for vegetables and seasoning.
How to use
Sprinkle some of the mixture over the vegetables and add olive oil generously, cover with foil and put in the oven at 200 degrees high heat for 3/4 hour. Once the vegetables have softened, remove the foil and brown for another 15 minutes.
The mixture is also suitable for seasoning meats, stews, breads and pastries.
